Van sales software
One system for the whole van sales day.
Load, bill, collect, return, close. Each step recorded once.
₹499/month covers 2 vehicles. ₹1,299/month covers 6. Not per van.
One day, six steps
What actually happens between 7am and 7pm
Load the van
Pick products by unit or by pack and assign them to a vehicle. That stock is reserved out of the warehouse immediately, so the office is never looking at a figure that includes goods already on the road.Bundles for specific shops can be loaded alongside general van stock.
Clock in and take the beat
The salesman clocks in on their own phone. Today's shop list is already there — built from the beat, the division or a custom day-list — and the app can order the stops sensibly rather than by whatever the list happened to be.Attendance, live location and the day's route are visible in the admin console.
Bill the shop
Search or drill down to a product, set quantities, apply schemes, take a discount if it is allowed, and preview the bill before saving. Free lines the scheme adds are editable for the shop that is not taking them. Prices are checked on the server, so a bill cannot save at a rate the salesman never saw.The bill saves in about a second, then shares to the shop over WhatsApp.
Take the money — or the promise
Cash, UPI or credit, recorded against the bill rather than against a running balance nobody can rebuild. Credit for a shop that is not pre-approved can require an approval code sent to the owner by email.Optional signature capture and a delivery-proof photo on handover.
Unload and close the day
Whatever comes back is counted in. Bundles loaded but never delivered are returned to the store and named on the day-end sheet instead of vanishing. Cash is separated from UPI, so the amount you ask the salesman to hand over is the cash they are actually holding.A day-end PDF is generated at clock-out for the salesman and the office.
Read the real number
Not turnover — profit, with each item costed at what it was worth the moment it sold, minus damage and expenses. A purchase bill entered next week cannot quietly rewrite what last Tuesday earned.
What you get in the office
The point of putting a system in the van is what it tells you back at the desk.
Live vehicle location
Where each van is now, and where it has been today. Paired with clock-in and clock-out so attendance is a fact rather than a claim.
Beats and day-lists
Shops grouped by beat, by division or by day. A salesman can change their own day-list where you allow it, and bundles follow automatically.
Van stock at every moment
What was loaded, what has sold, what is left, and what came back. Reserved stock keeps the warehouse figure honest while goods are out.
Collections and credit
Billed today versus collected today, per shop and per salesman. Credit sales can require an emailed approval code before they save.
Damage and leakage
Write stock off where it broke, at what it cost, so the loss lands in the day's profit instead of disappearing into a stock count.
Reports you can take away
Sales by shop, beat, product or salesman, with Excel and PDF export on Growth and above.
Where signal is bad
Bills, stock requirements and field notes written offline are stored on the phone and sent when the connection returns. Anything that permanently fails is set aside and flagged rather than retried forever or lost quietly.
The rest of the app — reports, setup, live tracking — needs a connection. We would rather say that plainly than have you find out in a basement market.
On the phone your team already has
The salesman app runs on Android and iPhone and updates itself, so you are not chasing six people to install a new version. On high-refresh Android phones it renders at up to 120Hz, and a bill saves in about a second.
None of that is a feature anyone asks for in a demo. All of it decides whether your team actually uses the thing.
Van sales questions
Is this charged per van?
No. The Starter plan at ₹499 a month covers 2 vehicles and the Growth plan at ₹1,299 covers 6 — for the whole workspace, not per van. Most van sales tools in India charge per van per month.
Can a salesman bill without a mobile signal?
Yes. A bill written with no connection is saved on the phone and sent automatically once the signal returns. Stock requirements and field notes work the same way.
How does the van's stock stay accurate?
Stock is reserved out of the warehouse when the van loads and reduced properly at clock-out by what actually sold. Damaged goods are written off at cost, and anything loaded but not delivered is counted back into the store at day end.
Can I see where my vans are?
Live vehicle GPS and salesman attendance with clock-in and clock-out are included from the Growth plan upward, along with route optimisation on Business.
Does it handle free-product schemes?
Yes, including combination schemes where several trigger products together unlock several rewards. The salesman can also adjust or remove a free line for a shop that is not taking it, and the next bill re-applies the scheme fresh.
Put one van on it for two weeks.
That is enough to see where your stock and your money actually go. No card, nothing to install.
