Distributor billing software

Every bill moves your stock and your profit.

Most billing software makes an invoice and stops. This one moves the stock, books the money, remembers what the item cost, and has the day's profit waiting for you at closing time.

From ₹299/month. No card to start.

What a bill actually does here

One action, five consequences — which is the difference between billing software and a printed receipt.

  • Tax calculated on the line

GST at the rate on each product, shown on the invoice and carried through to your reports. Numbering runs on a real sequence.

  • Stock moves with it

Sold quantity leaves the inventory it came from — warehouse or van — so a stock figure is never a guess about what has already gone out.

  • Cost is frozen at the moment of sale

The item's cost is recorded on the bill. A purchase entered next week changes your future margin, not last Tuesday's closed profit.

  • The money is a transaction, not a balance

Cash, UPI or credit is recorded against the bill. The ledger is rebuilt from those transactions rather than from a running total nobody can audit.

  • The price is checked on the server

A bill cannot save at a rate the person billing never saw. If the price has moved since the screen loaded, it is rejected and shown again.

  • A sale is never deleted

It is reversed, and the reversal restores the stock and is excluded from every money total. What happened stays visible.

If billing is all you need

Buy the billing plan and nothing else.

The Billing plan at ₹299 a month is one counter, one inventory, one person: GST invoices, purchases, stock in and out, and a daily sales and profit summary.

Vans, beats, day-lists, GPS and attendance are switched off on this plan on purpose. If you do not run vans, you should not be paying for the software that manages them.

When you outgrow it

The day you put a salesman in a van, everything you have already entered — shops, products, prices, stock — carries straight over. Move up to Growth at ₹1,299 a month and van sales, beats, GPS, day-lists and schemes switch on.

Nothing is re-entered and nothing is migrated. It is the same workspace with more of it turned on.

A mid-cycle upgrade is prorated against what you have already paid.

Sharing the bill

A saved bill shares straight to the shop's WhatsApp, and falls back to SMS where WhatsApp is not installed. On delivery you can capture the shop owner's signature and a photo as proof.

What this is not

This is not accounting software. There is no balance sheet, no TDS, no e-invoicing portal integration. It runs alongside whatever your accountant uses — we handle the counter, the stock and the field; they keep the books.

Billing questions

Does it make GST invoices?

Yes. Bills carry tax at the rate set on each product, with the tax shown on the invoice, and invoice numbering runs on a proper sequence rather than a counter you can accidentally reset.

Can I send a bill on WhatsApp?

Yes. A saved bill can be shared straight to the shop's WhatsApp number from the app, and falls back to SMS if WhatsApp is not installed on the phone.

I only want billing. Do I have to pay for vans and GPS?

No. The Billing plan at ₹299 a month is counter billing, purchases, stock and a daily profit summary, with vans, beats, GPS and field tracking deliberately switched off. You are not paying for a distribution system you do not run.

Can I stop a salesman changing the price?

Yes. Price override is a plan feature and a setting. Where it is off, the server rejects any bill that arrives with a changed price — so it cannot be worked around from an old version of the app.

Can I print bills?

Yes, and export them. Bills print from the browser console and generate as PDF; reports export to Excel and PDF on the Growth plan and above.

Does it handle discounts and free schemes?

Discounts are applied per bill and capped at the bill total. Free-product schemes run automatically from the rules you set, including combinations where several products together unlock several rewards.

Bill for two weeks and check the numbers yourself.

Enter your real products and your real prices. At the end of the first day, see whether the profit figure matches what you thought it was.
