Pricing
Priced for the business, not for every head in it.
One subscription covers your whole workspace — the admin console and every salesman's app. Each plan includes a number of salesmen, vehicles and inventories. Hiring inside those limits costs nothing extra.
Two things to pay: a one-time setup fee of ₹44,999, then your plan each month. Hosting, updates and support are in the monthly price — there is no separate hosting charge, no per-user fee, and nothing that changes because other businesses join or leave. The only thing that adds to the monthly price is a van beyond your plan's allowance, at a flat price you can see on each plan below.
Plan prices are in Indian Rupees per month. Nothing is added at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay. Annual plans are ten months' price for twelve months of service.

- Today's monthly price, kept for good. If our prices go up later, yours does not. And the person who built Mulberry Sales sets you up himself.

Billing
Just billing. One counter, one inventory, printed bills.
Shops and small traders who sell over a counter.
₹299/month
Under ₹3 every 6 hours — for the whole business

What it does
- GST counter billingProduce a compliant bill with CGST/SGST split for sales inside your state and IGST for sales outside it, priced per line, with the total written out in words.
- Products, stock and purchasesRecord what you bought and what you sold so stock moves on its own, instead of being counted by hand at month end.
- Crates, boxes and piecesSell a product by the crate or by the piece, each at its own price, and add your own units. Stock is counted both ways — 24 crates and 5 bottles — and the dashboard shows opening, closing and current stock every day.
- Day-end summarySee the day's sales, what was collected, and the profit after what the goods actually cost you — not just turnover.
When you outgrow it: The moment you put stock on a van and send someone out with it, this tier stops describing your business. Starter is where the field side begins.
Starter
Two vans on the road, billed properly.
A distributor running up to three salesmen on the road.
₹1,799/month
Under ₹15 every 6 hours — for the whole business

+ ₹44,999 one-time setup (training and licence, first 3 months on Business included)
3 salesmen · 2 vehicles
Extra vans ₹200 each per month — no need to change plan to add one.
With 3 vans this is ₹1,999. Growth is just ₹500 more with 5 vans and 5 salesmen included.
Everything in Billing, plus
- Van salesLoad a van against a salesman for the day, bill from what is physically on it, and have warehouse stock reduce by what actually sold when he clocks out.
- Secondary salesTake an order at the shop today and deliver it tomorrow, tracked from order through loading to delivery. Anything you are short of at loading becomes a backorder for the next day, not a forgotten line.
- Attendance and clock-inKnow who started the day, when, and when they closed it — the clock-out is also what settles the van's stock and cash.
- Day-end closeSettle the day: cash counted, UPI separated out, expenses deducted, and a profit figure costed at what each item cost when it sold.
When you outgrow it: When you are running a fourth salesman or a fourth van, or want to see where the vans are during the day, Growth is the step — a third van costs ₹200, not a whole tier.
Growth

5 salesmen · 5 vehicles
Extra vans ₹200 each per month — no need to change plan to add one.
With 10 vans this is ₹3,499. Business is just ₹500 more with 12 vans and 25 salesmen included.
Everything in Starter, plus
- Live vehicle GPSSee where each clocked-in salesman currently is on a map, refreshed while they work. It shows their latest position, not a replay of the route.
- Returnable cratesKnow how many crates are with each shop, on each van and owed to your supplier, with their deposit value. Bills move crates by themselves, and the salesman records empties taken back at the shop.
- SubstitutesWhen a product runs short, the salesman offers the substitute you set — with the shop's OK, at the price you choose — and the rest of a short order becomes a backorder instead of a lost sale.
- Day-lists and beatsGive each weekday its own shop list so a route is a real thing the app follows, and the day's shops are decided before anyone leaves.
- Damage and stock leakageWrite damaged stock off at what it cost you, so the loss appears as a number in the day's profit instead of vanishing into an unexplained stock difference.
- Price overrideLet authorised salesmen change a price at the shop, with the change recorded against the bill rather than settled informally.
- Multiple inventoriesRun two stock points and move stock between them, with each one's balance tracked separately.
- Reports and exportsBreak sales down by shop, beat, product or salesman over any date range, and take the numbers out as a spreadsheet.
- Full workspace backupExport everything — shops, products, bills, payments, stock — as one file you keep, and restore it into an empty workspace.
When you outgrow it: When you want to know where the money is leaking rather than what it totalled — full profit and loss, cash and bank ledgers, route optimisation — that is Business.

25 salesmen · 12 vehicles
Extra vans ₹200 each per month — no need to change plan to add one.
Everything in Growth, plus
- Profit and loss analyticsA daily profit picture broken down by shop, product and vehicle, costed at what goods cost when they sold, so a purchase entered later cannot move a closed day.
- Stock alertsOne page that tells you which products are running low or have run out, which goods are close to the expiry date you entered on the purchase bill, what has already expired, and what has not sold for weeks — each with what to do next. Only purchase lines with an expiry date are watched for expiry.
- Cash and bank ledgerTrack cash in hand and bank accounts as money actually moves — collections credited, purchases and expenses deducted — rather than inferring balances.
- Route optimisationOrder the day's stops by distance and open them in maps, so a salesman is not deciding his own sequence.
- 25 salesmen, 10 inventories, 12 vans includedRoom for a full field team without counting every head. Twelve vans are in the price; each one beyond that is a flat monthly add-on, up to twenty-five.
- Credit approvalA salesman cannot hand out credit on his own say-so: a credit sale waits for a one-time code emailed to the owner.
- Barcode scanningScan a product into the bill from the salesman's phone instead of searching the catalogue for it.
When you outgrow it: If you need more than 25 salesmen or vans, or are rolling Mulberry out across a network of distributors rather than running one, that is an Enterprise conversation.
Enterprise
For a brand rolling Mulberry out across its distributor network.
A brand or HQ putting a distributor network on one system.
Custom pricing
Unlimited salesmen · Unlimited vehicles
- The same product as BusinessEvery capability, with no seat, vehicle or inventory ceiling — the fleet size is written into the contract. There is no feature held back for this tier.
- Pricing built around the deploymentQuoted against how many distributors, how many workspaces and what the rollout involves, instead of a published per-workspace rate.
- Rollout and onboarding across the networkWorkspaces set up and teams brought on together, rather than each distributor starting from scratch alone.
- An annual contract, invoiced directlyOne agreement and one invoice, rather than a card charged per workspace each month.
Free trial — 14 days
Every new workspace starts on a 14-day trial with no card. It gives you Growth-level features on one salesman and one inventory, so the thing that runs out is seats, not functionality — you see the whole system working before you decide. Nothing is charged until you go ahead with the ₹44,999 setup.
If a payment fails — 7 days' grace
A late or failed renewal does not cut you off on the day. The workspace keeps working for 7 days while you sort it out, and nothing is deleted when that ends — access pauses and your data stays available to export.
The step between plans
What actually changes when you move up.
Not capacity — capability. Salesmen and vans are how big your operation is; these are the things it can do. Extra vans can be added on any plan that has them, so a van is never the reason to change tier.

Limits, in plain words
What you can run, and what happens when you reach it.
Four numbers decide what a plan holds. None of them deletes anything, and only one of them can ever stop an action — the optional photo.
Salesmen
Salesman accounts that can be active at once. Retiring someone frees their place immediately.
Billing 1 · Starter 3 · Growth 5 · Business 25
Vehicles
Vans included in the price. On a plan that runs vans, extra ones are ₹200 each per month, so growing the fleet never forces a tier change. Billing has no vans — that starts at Starter.
Billing 0 · Starter 2 · Growth 5 · Business 12
Inventories
Separate stock points — a godown, a cold room, a second branch — each with its own balance.
Billing 1 · Starter 1 · Growth 2 · Business 10
Photo uploads a month
Photos your team uploads a month: delivery proof, shop-owner signatures and bill photos. Bills, deliveries and collections never stop if you reach it — only the optional photo is skipped, and it resets on the 1st.

Nothing is deleted when you move down a plan
If you drop to a smaller plan while running more salesmen or vans than it includes, we do not remove anyone. You are told what is over the line before the change goes through, and you decide what to retire — your bills, stock and history are never touched by a plan change.
Why this looks cheap
Because you are not paying for each person you hire.
Nearly everything else in this market charges per user, per van or per device. Same team, same vans — the only variable is how the vendor decides what to bill you.
What a year of software costs a distributor running 25 salesmen and 12 vans
Same team. Same vans. The only thing that changes is how the vendor decides what to charge you.

- Mulberry Sales Business, per workspace₹47,988–₹80,990/yr
₹3,999 a month covers 25 salesmen, 12 vans and 10 inventories — hosting included. The first year is higher: the one-time ₹44,999 setup (training and licence, first 3 months included) plus 9 monthly payments. Every year after that is twelve monthly payments. Hire your twentieth salesman and the bill does not move.
Our own price list on this site · checked August 2026
Competitor figures are publicly listed or publicly reported prices, converted to an annual cost for 25 salesmen and 12 vans. Most vendors in this market quote individually rather than publish a price list, so treat these as indicative and ask them directly — the point is not the exact figure, it is that every one of them scales with your head count and ours does not.

Pricing questions
Is there a one-time fee?
Yes. Every customer pays ₹44,999 once, after the free trial, whichever plan they choose. It covers training for you and your salesmen and the licence, and it includes your first 3 months on the Business plan. From month 4 you pay your chosen plan monthly.
Can I get my money back?
You get 14 days free to try it with your own team before paying anything, so the one-time ₹44,999 setup fee is not refundable. Your first monthly plan payment is refundable within 7 days. The full rules are in our refunds and cancellation policy.
Is Mulberry Sales priced per user?
No. Every price is for the whole workspace and covers the admin console plus every salesman's mobile app. Each plan includes a number of salesmen, vehicles and inventories; you pay more only when you cross those limits, not when you add a person.
Is GST added on top of these prices?
No. The price you see is the price you pay — nothing is added at checkout.
How does annual billing work?
An annual plan costs ten months' price for twelve months of service, billed once at the start of the year.
What happens if a renewal payment fails?
The workspace keeps working for a grace period of 7 days while you sort the payment out. Nothing is deleted at the end of it — access pauses and your data stays available for export.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, in either direction. A mid-cycle upgrade is prorated against what you have already paid rather than forfeited.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. The 14-day trial needs no card and no payment details. It gives you Growth-level features on one salesman and one inventory.
Mulberry Sales is a subscription service operated by Sahaya George Ashinth A, trading as Mulberry Sales. See our terms, refunds and cancellation policy and privacy policy.
From distributors running it
What it changed, in their words.
“The van stock management feature is really useful for my daily operations. I can keep track of the stock loaded into the van, what gets sold, and what comes back at the end of the day. Earlier, keeping these details organized was a bit of a headache. Having everything recorded in one place makes the whole process much easier.”

“What I like about Mulberry Sales is how straightforward the billing process is. I can create bills without struggling through complicated screens, which is especially helpful when there are multiple customers waiting. It makes daily billing feel more organized and saves me from unnecessary confusion.”

“Keeping track of customer payments and outstanding balances is very important in distribution. I find it helpful to have this information available in the system so I can review what has been collected and what still needs follow-up. It makes managing customer accounts more systematic and reduces my dependence on scattered notes.”
