What's new

Everything we have shipped, with dates on it.

We cannot show you a wall of customer logos yet. We can show you what has actually changed, when, and why it mattered — which is a harder thing to fake and a more useful thing to read.

August 2026

  1. Plans, upgrades and online payment

    Platform

A clear price ladder from billing-only up to unlimited, with online subscription payment, a 7-day grace period if a renewal fails, and mid-cycle upgrades prorated against what you have already paid instead of forfeited.

  2. Cash to hand over now means cash

    Mobile app

The day-end figure used to add up every collection regardless of method, so UPI money the salesman never held inflated the amount they were asked to settle. It now counts cash only, with UPI tracked in its own account — and collections are finally credited to cash in hand, which is why the balance used to drift negative.

  3. Profit stops moving after the fact

    Reports

Cost of goods is now frozen at the moment of sale, so a purchase bill entered next week cannot quietly rewrite the profit on a day you already closed.

July 2026

  1. Saving a bill takes about a second

    Mobile app

It was taking fourteen on a real phone in a real shop. The bill no longer waits for a GPS fix or eleven background calls before letting the salesman move on, and every screen in the app got faster as a side effect.

  2. Undelivered bundles are named, not lost

    Mobile app

The clock-out summary used to say the vehicle was empty even when loaded bundles had come back. It now lists them — shop, products and quantities — under stock returned to the store.

  3. Sales reports by shop, beat, product and salesman

    Reports

With a per-product deep dive showing real margin after freebies and damage loss, which shops took it, and what is left in each inventory and on each van. Shops that appear on more than one day-list are counted once, not twice.

  4. A flaky connection no longer blanks your bills

    Mobile app

The dashboard loads each section independently, so a slow network can no longer wipe saved bills and pending collections off the screen. A bill you just saved appears immediately instead of waiting for a full refresh.

  5. Notes on a shop, everywhere the shop appears

    Admin console

An offer, a discount or an instruction added to a shop now shows next to its name in the billing picker, on the selected shop, and on the delivery screens — so the salesman sees it at the moment it matters.

  6. Damage that lands in the profit

    Admin console

A damage module that writes stock off and books the loss at what the goods cost, so breakage stops disappearing between two stock counts.

  7. Free-scheme lines a salesman can edit

    Billing

Scheme items added automatically during billing can now be reduced or removed for a shop that is not taking them. The change applies to that bill only — the next one applies the scheme fresh.

  8. One-click backup to your own Google Drive

    Admin console

A full workspace export, pushed to a Drive folder you own. Data you cannot get out is a trap, not a feature.

  9. Credit approval that works without a phone signal problem

    Billing

Approval codes now reach the owner by email rather than SMS, work without extra infrastructure, and show a clear message with attempts remaining instead of a raw technical error.

Most of this exists because someone complained.

The day-end cash figure, the bill that took fourteen seconds, the loading screen that stuttered — all of those came from a distributor saying so. None of them went into a backlog.
