Mulberry Sales
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Mulberry Sales is a subscription software service. Nothing physical is shipped, so there is no returns or exchange process — this policy sets out how to cancel, what we refund, and how long a refund takes.

1. Try before you pay
Every new workspace gets a free trial of 14 days with no card required. The trial is there so you can confirm the software fits your business before any money changes hands. We strongly recommend using it — most refund requests are avoided by trying the product first.
2. How to cancel
- You can cancel at any time, from Settings → Billing inside your workspace, or by writing to our billing address on the Contact page.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not cut off access immediately: your workspace stays fully usable until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- There is no cancellation fee and no lock-in on monthly plans.
- Please cancel at least 3 days before your renewal date, so the renewal charge is not raised.
3. What we refund
- First subscription payment. If the software does not work for your business, tell us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, provided the workspace has not been used beyond ordinary evaluation.
- Duplicate or failed charges. If you are charged twice for the same period, or money is debited without the subscription being activated, we refund it in full. Tell us as soon as you notice it.
- Our fault. If a defect on our side makes the service unusable for a sustained period and we cannot fix it, we will refund the affected part of your subscription.
- Annual plans. An annual plan cancelled after the initial refund window is refunded on a pro-rata basis for the whole unused months remaining, less no deduction . The month in progress is not refunded.
4. What we do not refund
- Time already elapsed on a subscription — a part-used month is not refunded.
- Monthly plans cancelled mid-cycle after the initial refund window; you keep access until the end of the paid month instead.
- Periods during which the workspace was used normally but you simply did not log in.
- Suspension or termination caused by a breach of our Terms & Conditions.
- Third-party charges you incur separately, such as mobile data, SMS or bank fees.
- GST already remitted to the tax authority, where the law does not allow it to be reversed. Where a refund is allowed, GST is refunded with the base amount and a credit note is issued.
5. Changing plans instead of cancelling
You do not need a refund to move to a cheaper or a bigger plan. When you change tier mid-cycle, the unused value of your current period is carried across as a credit against the new plan, so you never pay twice for the same days. If the remaining credit is worth more than the new plan costs, contact us and we will move you across at your renewal date so nothing is lost.
6. How to request a refund
Write to sgashinth@gmail.com from the email address registered on the workspace, with your workspace name, the payment ID or invoice number, and a short explanation. We acknowledge every request within 24 hours and tell you our decision, with reasons, within 2 working days.
7. How refunds are paid
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. We cannot redirect a refund to a different card, UPI ID or bank account.
- Once approved, the refund is initiated within 1 working days and typically reaches your account within 5 to 7 working days , depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Refunds are made in Indian Rupees. Any bank or currency-conversion charge levied by your own bank is not ours to refund.
8. Failed renewals and lapsed workspaces
If a renewal payment fails, your workspace keeps working for a grace period of 7 days while you fix the payment method. After that the workspace is suspended, not deleted — your data remains and access is restored as soon as payment succeeds. A grace period is not a chargeable period: you are not billed for it.
9. Getting your data out
Before you cancel, export what you need — a full workspace export is available from the console while the subscription is active. Retention after cancellation is covered in our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
10. Questions
If you disagree with a decision, reply to us before raising a dispute with your bank or card issuer — a chargeback takes far longer to resolve than a conversation. Our contact details are on the Contact page.
