How a salesman signs in and starts the day on the phone
The salesman starts every day on the "Home" tab. Bills can only be made after clocking in.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Mulberry Sales app on the Android phone.
Step 2: Sign in with the email and password the office gave you.
Step 3: On Home, the card says Start your day and shows today's van, its number plate and the godown it loads from.
Step 4: Tap Clock in. The first time, allow location access when the phone asks. Clocking in needs location to be on.
Step 5: The card changes to On the road. Your van stock, today's sales and bills to collect appear on Home.
Step 6: Go to the Billing tab to make the first bill.
Good to know
- No vehicle assigned currently means the office has not given you a van for today. Ask them to assign one under Vehicles.
- No stock is loaded for today means the van has not been loaded yet. Ask the office to load it.
- Location off? Turn on Location in the phone's settings, then clock in.
