How to load stock into a van in the morning
Every morning, load each van before it leaves. The salesman sees the stock on the phone straight away.
Steps
Step 1: Go to Inventory and click Open Inventory, then Load to Vehicle.
Step 2: Choose the van. Only vans given to a salesman for today are shown, with the salesman's name.
Step 3: Click Continue. You see every product and how much is in the godown.
Step 4: Type how many to load for each product, or use the plus button. Search to find a product quickly.
Step 5: Click Review and check the list. Wrong? Click Back and fix it.
Step 6: Confirm the load. The stock moves from the godown into the van.
Good to know
- To check any van, open Vehicles: it shows what was loaded, what is sold and what is left. Click View for product-by-product detail.
- If no van shows up, the van has not been assigned to a salesman for today. Assign it under Vehicles first.
