How a salesman ends the day and returns unsold stock
At the end of the route, the salesman ends the day. Unsold stock goes back to the godown and the day is counted.
Steps
Step 1: Make sure every bill is saved and, if you were offline, sent (the app shows bills waiting to send).
Step 2: On Home, tap End day and return stock.
Step 3: The app asks End the day?: this returns the remaining stock and closes today's vehicle assignment. Tap Confirm.
Step 4: The card shows Day completed.
Step 5: Tap Download summary for the day's bills, money and stock as a PDF, to hand over with the cash.
Good to know
- The office sees each van's loaded, sold and returned stock under Vehicles, and the day's cash under Collections.
- Ending the day cannot be undone from the phone. If something is wrong, tell the office before you confirm.
