How to add a van and give it to a salesman

Steps

   Step 1: In the menu, click Vehicles. At the top is a live map of your vans once salesmen start their day.

   Step 2: Click Add Vehicle.

   Step 3: Give the van a name everyone knows, like Van 2, and type the number plate. Capacity is optional.

   Step 4: Click Save Vehicle.

   Step 5: To give the van to a salesman for today, click Assign on its row and choose the salesman.

   Step 6: Check the date: today, or plan ahead for tomorrow. Use Shift slot only if a van does two rounds a day.

   Step 7: Choose the work type: Billing for van sales, Delivery for delivering orders only, or Both. Most vans use Billing.

   Step 8: Choose the godown the van takes stock from, for example Main Inventory, and click Save Assignment.
