How to take a shop's order and deliver it from the phone
Some shops order today for delivery later. The salesperson takes the order on the phone; the van delivers and bills it.
Available on the Starter plan and up
Steps
Step 1: Tap the Stock tab, then New requirement.
Step 2: Choose the shop and the date.
Step 3: Tap Add product, choose the product, unit and quantity. Add each product the shop wants.
Step 4: Tap Preview stock request, check it, and save. The office sees it under Secondary and loads it.
Step 5: To deliver, tap the Deliver tab. Your day-list's bundles are listed. You must be clocked in.
Step 6: Tap Deliver bundle, enter the amount received and the payment method, and confirm. The invoice is ready to share on WhatsApp or as a PDF.
Good to know
- Shop does not want the rest? Choose Shop doesn't want the rest, or Deliver it later to move it to another day.
- A delivery photo is optional; tap Take Photo as proof or Skip.
